Fees, Shipping Charges and Return Policy
A. Purchases over $174.00 will get 1 bottle of Best Rei-Shi Plus free, customers with purchases over $348.00 will receive 2 bottles of Best Rei-Shi Plus free.
B. For orders in the US, customers with purchases over $700 will receive $100 of products for free. The shopping cart will automatically show 5 options for the products and customers can choose any 3 from the list.
C. For orders to China and Hong Kong, shipping is free for purchases over $348.
D. Any customer that purchases over $1000 of products in a span of two years is eligible to receive $100 worth of products as a gift. Customers have the option of choosing 3 bottles of any of these following products: Bone Essense (60 capsules), Grape Seeds OPCs, Best Rei-Shi Plus, BestWomens Formula, Eye Care Essence, Liver Best, or GlucoBest. To take advantage of this offer, customers must contact customer service or leave a note at the bottom of the shopping cart with previous orders # and selection of gift products. Customers who have already taken advantage of Plan B (as stated above) in the two-year span, will not be eligible for Plan D.
Sales Tax
A sales tax of 9.50% will be applied to all orders shipped within California, USA.
Domestic Orders
To the Contiguous U.S.:
Shipping is FREE for all purchases over $100 to the contiguous US (within the 48 states). A shipping charge of $8.95 is applied for all purchases under $100. Please allow 5-7 business days via UPS or USPS for orders to arrive. Expedited shipping is available upon request and additional costs will be borne by the customer.
To Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Saipan, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands:
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Saipan, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands or PO Boxes within the US, will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail. Orders under $100 will be charged the original shipping fee of $8.95 with an additional fee of $9.50. Orders over $100 will only be charged a shipping fee of $9.50. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Global Express Mail is available upon request and additional costs will be borne by the customer.
Orders to Mainland China and Hong Kong
All orders shipped to Mainland China and Hong Kong will be delivered via door-to-door express services. To ensure proper delivery, please type the receiver's name, telephone number and detailed street address in Chinese when ordering. Please allow about 10-20 business days for delivery.
Shipping is FREE for any purchase of TWO packages of our premium products (e.g. 6 bottles of Bone Essense with 5 bottles of VigorHeart OR 12 bottles of Bone Essense, OR similar combinations that total $348). A shipping charge of $25.00 is applied for all purchases fewer than two packages.
Orders to Canada
All orders to Canada are charged $29.50 for shipping.
The shipping and handling fee does not include any custom duties, sales tax, brokerage fees, and/or any additional charges that may occur in Canada.
Information about Bone Essense in Canada
In July of 2011, Bone Essense received an NPN from Health Canada (NPN #80026204). Due to the Covid-19, we no longer manufacture Bone Essense in Canada since 2020 and no retailer or distributor is authorized to sell Bone Essence in Canada. All orders from Canada will be shipped from our California facility in US directly.
International Orders (excluding China, Hong Kong and Canada)
A shipping fee of $39.50 will be applied to all international orders (including Taiwan). All international deliveries will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery.
The shipping and handling fee does not include any custom duties, sales tax, brokerage fees, and/or any additional charges that may occur at the designated country.
Expedited services (Global Express Mail, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Airborne, etc.) are available upon request; any additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Return Policy
Best in Nature™ accepts any unopened items for a full refund within 30 days after shipment with proof of purchase and all necessary shipping and handling fees paid for by customers. Please contact Customer Service at (909)839-2880 or at info@1688best.com for further assistance.
- Refunds are only valid if requested within 30 days after the invoice date. No refunds after 30 days.
- A copy of the invoice must be included with the return.
- Each return MUST have an RMA number, the "Return Merchandise Authorization" number.
- To request an RMA number, please Customer Service at (909)839-2880 or at info@1688best.com.
- Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box when returning merchandise.
- One RMA number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have different items from different invoices, then you need to request different RMA numbers.
- Best in Nature will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA number.
- RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.
- If the original order was paid with a credit card, please enter the credit card number on the RMA request form so that the credit can be applied correctly.
- If you receive a wrong or damaged product, call us to get an RMA number and send it back to us. We will ship a replacement to you free of charge.
- When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages.
- Customers are solely responsible for shipping returned products to Best in Nature. Customers are also responsible for insuring the returned item. We are not responsible for any shipping loss from your side. Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the returned products during shipment.
- Customers agree that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include free gifts, original packaging material and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. All items must be returned in new condition to qualify for a refunds.
- Best in Nature will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacing any components.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:
- Any item that is returned after 30 days of delivery.
- Any product that has been opened.
- Any item that is not in its original bottle or box.
Return Shipping Cost:
In order to keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. You will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your own expense.
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the result of your error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancelled order or address errors:
To cancel an order, customers must call before 11am PST to avoid cancellation fees (shipping cost), no emails will be accepted. For any refused packages or returns to Best in Nature due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card with less shipping charge.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted. However, you will be charged shipping for the second shipment. Please return the product back to us with a note asking for the exchange. Any fee or credit will be charged to the customers credit card.
Please allow 2 to 7 business days to process your returns.
